The former Wilma Pearl Hester, she was born in Woodland, Alabama October 12, 1933, a daughter of the late Hugh N. Hester and the late Minnie Pearl Richardson Hester. Ms. Whorton was born in Cherokee County, Alabama on September 11, 1944, a daughter of the late Porter Hugh Whorton and the late Josie Louise Osborne Whorton. Mr. Hendrix was born in Newnan, Georgia February 23, 1960, the son of the late Edward (Ed) Kenneth Hendrix, Sr. and the late Barbara Jean Lee Hendrix. He was a graduate of the Georgia School for the Deaf and was employed by the United States Postal Service for 32 years prior to his retirement in 2015. Ms. Diane Busby, 84, of Cave Spring died Tuesday evening, April 16, 2024 in a Cedartown, Geogia care center. Survivors include one son, Robert Price and his wife Randi; two grandsons, Nick Price and Robert Price, Jr. (Carrie), and her great-grand-daughter Calyn, all of Baldwinsville, New York.
